With all the information that we have been given to date, all the clues, all the Direct Loving Guidance, we have honed our awareness for the 1st Elemental Grace Alliance Radiation Sanctuary and Community to be within the parameters of that which has been outlined within the map above.  Somewhere within this 22,698 square miles is where the Elemental Grace Alliance Radiation Centre shall be!  This is all a process and one that we as human beings must fulfil within the Universal Laws from within the Impersonal Life.  We cannot succeed if the personality is engaged in making those decisions based on personal desires. We have to do the work!  Spirit will not do it for us, that would defeat to whole evolutionary process!

Please note before reviewing these specifications:- The buildings that shall be placed upon the EGA land shall be environmentally friendly, that shall be designed professionally using architectural Golden Mean Ratio Designs that shall compliment both building materials and the surrounding landscapes, while blending with nature the best way we possibly can.

Prime Location –   within the designated area in yellow on the map covering 10,200 sq miles

Secondary Location -   within the designated area in dotted line on the map 22,700 sq miles

Land Size Required -   between 300 to 3,000 Acres / 121 to 1,214 Hectares / 1.21 to 12.12 square Kilometres /  0.75 to 7.54 square Miles

Geographical Height Above Present Sea Levels -  400 Feet 122 Meters or above

Geographical Detail -  Arkansas is the largest deposit of natural quartz crystal in the northern hemisphere, and the second largest deposit in the world, second only to Brazil. But it is the largest un-segmented, continuous deposit on the planet, and contains the most resonant crystals. Programmed crystals from the Law of One. The quartz deposits in Arkansas begin in the area of Little Rock and extend in a massive western curve for over 170 miles, with a width of 35-40 miles. Arkansas also contains unique combinations of magnetic minerals, aquifers and a diamond deposit, which work synergistically with the quartz. Because of this blend of energies, the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas is the most powerful in terms of the potency and utility of its vortexial-portal field. This is why the Atlanteans were especially attracted to the area, and why the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance still retain underground bases in the area. It is rapidly completing, and is on path to soon become the Trigger of the Ascension.

This MUST become a safe Children’s Playground for education, learning, playing and simply being part of Nature, the Elementals, Devas and Angelic Host Kingdoms.

Both Flat and High Ground -  Flat Land for the purpose of  constructing buildings for administration and research, accommodation and housing, community structures for  entertainment and prayerful facilitation, along with arable land for food production ( vegetables, crops, fruit trees and vines. And much open space, views and a sense of freedom!

High Ground for trees, forest and a bio-diversity of animals and wildlife.

Water Frontage –  If possible, river, stream or lake.

Soils -   Uncontaminated soils, free of previous use of pesticides and chemicals or other toxic substances.

Water - Access to several sources of water (wells, springs, lake, river, ponds, etc)

Power -  Independent power supply, Solar Power, Hydroelectric from water flow on site, Generator? Preferably no mains grid power, but okay as back up!

Sewer and Grey Water Discharge – Environmentally friendly Bio Degradable System.

Noise Pollution -  Quiet isolated area away from noisy distractions such as noisy neighbours, busy roads/highways, railroads, airports, motorized water crafts, noisy recreational areas, development construction projects

Access To Property -   Public/Private road all year round access.

Access to Communication Services -         Access to High Speed Internet via a local provider

Town Proximity -  Within a reasonable drive of personal domestic and commercial supply services, if possible.

Zoning/Planning Local Authorities -   Zoning and planning will allow for the construction of extra operational buildings and housing to accommodate permanent residents, temporary staff and guests for a minimum of between 50 to 100 persons initially, with allowance for further development. No Covenants or property encumbrances that would prevent such a community plan!

Present Buildings -  Ideally we would need an existing home or residence, outbuildings or the like that can be renovated for housing administration teams while the development takes place. 

Miscellaneous -  Properties which operated as retreat centres, inns, resorts, lodges or organic farms are some examples of previous businesses which may be of interest in the search criteria.
